All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Travel and parking fees are charged per artist.

OLO BOOKINGS — One Artist

For bookings requiring one artist. Available in Sydney and Brisbane.

Individual appointment  hair & makeup, makeup only, or touchups $450

Half-day (up to 4 hours) $850

Full day (up to 8 hours) $1500

Podcast guest preparation  per session, fixed deliverable $480

GROUP & TEAM BOOKINGS

Ideal for corporate headshot days, team events, conference speaker prep, and on-site activations.

Per-Person Rate

Per person  minimum 4 people $280

Group Day Minimums

Half-day group minimum (up to 4 hrs) $750

Full-day group minimum (up to 8 hrs) $1,200

MULTI-ARTIST BOOKINGS

For larger conferences, events, and group headshot days requiring more than one artist on-site. All multi-artist bookings are managed and quality-directed by Natalia.

Additional Artists (per artist, per booking)

Additional artist — half-day $550 per artist

Additional artist — full day $950 per artist

Multi-artist bookings include a senior lead artist at the standard day or half-day rate, plus a per-artist fee for each additional team member. All artists are briefed and directed by the lead artist on the day.

Travel — within 15km of Sydney CBD

No charge

Travel — 15km to 40km from Sydney CBD.

$90 flat fee per artist

BOOKING TERMS

50% deposit required to confirm all bookings.

Deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the booking date.

Full fee charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.
