Natalia Ladyko is the Founder and Creative Director of Corporate Hair & Makeup, bringing nearly two decades of experience across film, television, photography, and high-pressure professional environments. Trained as an actor and having worked extensively behind the scenes in hair, makeup, and special effects, Natalia has a unique understanding of how appearance impacts confidence, performance, and perception — particularly on camera and in corporate settings.
Her career spans major film productions, executive and corporate clients, brand campaigns, and editorial work. Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and refined aesthetic, Natalia leads Corporate Hair & Makeup with a focus on professionalism, discretion, and modern polish. Every client experience reflects her belief that great hair and makeup should elevate presence — not overpower it.
